Two new locale settings let you pick how numbers and dates are rendered across the app, independently of your language or unit choices.

Number format — choose between 1,234.56 (comma thousands), 1.234,56 (dot thousands — common in Europe), or 1234.56 (no grouping separator). Distances, elevations, wind speed, precipitation, and temperature all respect your choice, so a 2,366.6 km total can now render as 2.366,6 km or 2366.6 km if that matches how you read numbers.
Date format — choose between DD/MM/YYYY, MM/DD/YYYY, or YYYY-MM-DD. Activity dates, install dates, service history, and reminders all follow your selection.
New rows on the Language & Locale settings card with a live preview next to each option (e.g. 1,234.56 (2,366.6)), so you can see exactly what a format looks like before picking it.
Fresh accounts get a sensible default inferred from your account language (European languages default to 1.234,56 and DD/MM/YYYY; US English gets 1,234.56 and MM/DD/YYYY), and you can override it at any time.
Preferences sync with the web app — change your format on one platform and it flows through to the other.
