Two new tiles under Setup
Each bike's Setup section gains Details and Insurance. Details shows how far the bike has really gone and opens the purchase record: when you bought it, what you paid and in which currency, and the receipts, kept with the bike. Insurance shows whether the bike is covered and when the policy renews, turning amber as the date approaches and red once it has passed.
Insurance, with a nudge before it renews
Record the insurer, policy number, start and renewal dates, the premium, notes, and the policy documents. Choose how far ahead you want warning, from a week to sixty days, and Componentry sets a reminder for that day, repeating every year. Completing the reminder moves the renewal on a year.
Receipts and invoices on services
Service logs and maintenance checks both gain a Receipts & invoices section. Photograph the workshop's invoice on the spot, pick one from your photos, or choose a PDF from Files. Photos are sized down so they upload quickly, and anything over 5 MB or of the wrong type is refused with the reason. Tap a file to open it.
How far has this bike really gone
Details shows every ride stored in Componentry plus the distance the bike had done before you started tracking it. For a bike imported from Strava, that starting figure is the Strava odometer at import minus the rides Componentry went on to import, so nothing is counted twice, and you can correct either number.
