Improvements
Support chat from every main screen
Need a hand? You no longer have to dig into Settings to reach us. A support button now lives in the top-right of the headers you use most:
- Activities and Bikes views.
- Every bike section — Components, Profiles, Sensors, Reminders, Service History, Bike Fit, and Race-day Readiness.
Tap it to open the in-app chat and message us directly. The button is always available, regardless of where you are in your trial or subscription, and sits alongside the existing add/edit actions without getting in their way.
As part of the change, the Reminders header's add button was restyled to match the rounded look used across the rest of the app.
Bug fixes
Profile picture now opens your photo library
On iOS, Pick a new profile picture was opening the Files browser instead of your photos. It now opens the photo library directly, with a square crop so your avatar looks right.
Clearer name updates
The Update your name form now behaves like the rest of your profile settings: the Update button only appears once you've changed your name, and you get a confirmation message as soon as the change is saved.
Two-factor authentication now works in the app
If you have two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled, the app now asks for your 6-digit authenticator code right after you sign in. Completing that step unblocks the account features 2FA was previously preventing — including updating your name and profile picture and viewing your account details.
You still set up 2FA on the web; the app simply verifies it. If you ever can't enter your code, you can sign out directly from the verification screen.
