See exactly how profiles pick up your rides
Profiles are powerful, but until now it wasn't obvious which profile a new ride would land on when you'd set both an activity type and a default. The bike page now has a How profiles work panel that shows you, using your bike's actual setup:
- Pick a hypothetical next ride — Outdoor, Indoor, or one with no indoor/outdoor data — and see each matching step light up: activity type match first, then the default profile.
- The winning profile is highlighted, along with the components that would track wear on that ride — both the ones that are always tracked and the ones tied to the winning profile.
- If one of your sensors is pinned to a profile, the panel calls that out too, since pinned sensors take priority over everything else.

Improvements
- Profiles with an activity type now show a note on the Profiles card explaining that they take priority over the default profile for matching rides — so there are no surprises about where a ride ends up.
- The Profiles card description now spells out the assignment order: activity type match first, then the default profile.
