Chain stretch is now recorded as a simple whole number, with clearer guidance and more reliable power-loss estimates
Improvements
Simpler chain stretch entry — record chain stretch as a whole number straight off your chain checker: a reading of 0.67 is entered as 67. The field now shows an example and explains what to enter, and values outside the realistic range are caught as you type.
More reliable power-loss estimates — chain stretch measurements recorded before this change are automatically corrected to the new format, and any implausible reading is ignored in favour of your riding data instead of pinning the chain power-loss estimate at its maximum.
