Indoor rides find your trainer bike
An indoor profile now claims indoor rides. When none of your sensors can tell which bike an indoor or virtual ride was on, it goes to the bike with an indoor profile and uses that profile. Before, it only went to your default bike, so a ride recorded in a trainer app with none of the bike's sensors was left without a bike. Sensors still come first, and if more than one bike has an indoor profile, the ride goes to your default bike as before.
Fixes
Choosing a bike for a ride picks its profile. When you set a ride's bike from the activity panel, the profile now fills in the same way it does for automatic matching: your indoor or outdoor profile to match the ride, otherwise the bike's default profile. Before, it stayed on "No profile" unless you chose one yourself, so the ride wore no profile at all. You can still pick a different profile before saving.
