A refreshed help centre
Every help guide has been checked against the app as it is today and rewritten where it had fallen behind. The guides are shorter and step-by-step, and each one now has screenshots of the screens it describes.
- New guides for bikes: adding a bike or importing it from Strava, the bike page, bike settings, purchase details and receipts, insurance and its renewal reminder, and how the distance a bike has been ridden is worked out.
- New guides for components: adding components, setting up a whole bike from a template, tyre pressure, and chains, including wax and chain stretch.
- New guides for activities: connecting Strava, Garmin, Wahoo and Hammerhead, uploading FIT files, changing a ride's bike, profile and tags one at a time or in bulk, and pairing a ride with its Strava activity.
- New guides for maintenance checks and account settings, including units, language and timezone, and billing.
- Updated guides for sensors, profiles, reminders, service logs, predictions, bike fit, activity tags, notifications and AI assistants.
Fixes
- Breadcrumbs on bike and service pages show names. The trail at the top of a bike's page, its settings, Bike Fit and Race Day pages, and a service log now shows the bike's or service's name instead of a long code, and the Bikes and Sensors sections are named correctly.
- The Units card on Settings has its title back. It showed an error message in place of "Units".
