New reminders start open, race-day dates read correctly, and dates follow your local day

A reminder you create now starts open, so its button reads "Complete" instead of "Undo". This applies to reminders made by hand, from a component preset, from the bike setup wizard, carried over during a service and created from the mobile app.
Race-day projections show dates as plain text again instead of escaped characters.
The default date on a new reminder and a bike-fit record now uses your local calendar day, not the UTC day. Riders east of Greenwich no longer see yesterday pre-filled in the evening.
The language setting shows your current language for accounts created before the regional variants existed.
The password form clears after a successful change.
