Wahoo activity import and unified processing pipeline

Wahoo Activity Import: You can now import historical activities from Wahoo directly from the Apps page. Select the number of recent workouts to import (7, 30, 60, or 90) and they will be queued for background processing, just like real-time webhook activities.
Improvements
Unified Processing Pipeline: Imported Wahoo activities use the same processing pipeline as webhook-triggered activities, ensuring consistent handling of FIT file downloads, device matching, and wear calculations.
