Grips are now their own component type, so mountain bikers no longer have to log them as bar tape

Grips

  • Grips is a new component type, listed next to Bar Tape. A rider suggested it: on a mountain bike nobody says bar tape.
  • New grips start with the same default life as bar tape: 10,000 km or two years, whichever comes first. Change either to suit your riding.
  • The Complete and Detailed setup templates now add grips to mountain bikes.
