Grips are now their own component type, so mountain bikers no longer have to log them as bar tape
Grips
- Grips is a new component type, listed next to Bar Tape, with its own icon. A rider suggested it: on a mountain bike nobody says bar tape.
- New grips start with the same default life as bar tape: 10,000 km or two years, whichever comes first. Change either to suit your riding.
- The Complete and Detailed setup templates now add grips to mountain bikes.
- Already logged your grips as bar tape? Edit the component and change its type to Grips. Its riding history stays with it.
