FIT imports and distance reminders
Two fixes to how imported rides and distance-based reminders behave.
- Importing FIT files works again — uploads had been failing partway through since early June, so rides never made it into your history. Imports now complete, and the ride detail recorded on your head unit comes across with them.
- Uploading the same ride twice is recognised — re-importing a file you have already uploaded is marked as a duplicate instead of adding the ride a second time.
- Distance reminders move on once they come due — a reminder that reached its distance now rolls forward to its next service interval as it should.
- Reminders that were already due are showing again — some distance reminders had come due without surfacing. Those are back in your list, so check whether anything is waiting on you.
- Repeating reminders count from the day you complete them — finish a job early or late and the next one falls a full interval from the day you actually did it. Undoing a completion and marking it done again no longer skips a cycle.
If you tried importing FIT files over the last few weeks, those rides did not save — they are safe to upload again.
