A dirty, dry, or stretched chain costs you watts for different reasons, and only some of them are worth chasing. Your recoverable-watts figure now splits into two numbers: LOSS, the full penalty a chain is carrying, and RECOVERABLE, the part a clean and fresh wax or lube would actually win back. The rest is down to stretch, and no amount of degreaser fixes that.
It's shown consistently in four places across your gear list and bike cards, on both web and mobile, so you always know whether to reach for a rag or a new chain.
Turn Every Completed Reminder Into a Permanent Maintenance Record
Completing a reminder used to just clear a checkbox. Now it can open a Maintenance Check or a Full Service Log, pre-filled with every other open reminder on that bike as a checklist, so one sitting can clear several at once. Retiring a component happens inside that same flow, carrying its wear, your notes, and what replaced it into permanent history instead of disappearing.
It's the same flow on web and mobile, and a quick check can be upgraded to a full service mid-session if you end up doing more than planned.
Give Every Bike a Name, and See It Everywhere
Bikes can now carry a name of their own, like "Sunday bike" or "The gravel rig," and it shows up everywhere a bike appears, imported automatically from Strava if you've already named it there. The model and manufacturer still show underneath, so naming a bike never costs you that detail.

- Filter your garage by Active or Retired. See only the bikes you're riding, and bring a retired one back with one click.
- Pick the profile yourself when bulk-assigning rides. Choose the right profile directly instead of relying on auto-match alone.
A Round of Fixes
- FIT file imports are restored. They'd been silently broken since early June. That's fixed now, and duplicate-ride detection means a re-import can't double up a ride.
- Rides synced from both a head unit and Strava no longer double-count. Wear from a single ride was sometimes being applied twice; it's now deduplicated.
- Component wear now counts rides added after the fact. Backfilled rides and delayed syncs update your wear numbers the same as a ride that arrives live.
- Retiring your default bike no longer breaks new-ride assignment. Affected accounts have been cleaned up automatically.
- Named bikes show their model and manufacturer again, restored beneath the name after a display bug briefly dropped it.
